Jodie and Luke | Married

“You’re my favourite person, My favourite person to look at, to listen to, to talk to, to be with.  You’re my favourite person to miss, and to love.  You’re my everything.”

When I first met Jodie and Luke at their Engagement session(find it here), it was early March and approximately -20c!  And as you can likely guess, Killarney Lake provided little in the way of shelter against the howling wind!  During our shoot they braved the elements and their positive vibe never diminished one bit!  At that moment I just knew that their wedding was going to be something special!  You can tell from the way a Bride and Groom handles stuff out of their control how they will be on their wedding day.
Well, fast forward to June and they certainly carried their positive vibe all the way through!  Jodie and her girlfriends prepared for the wedding day at the Hamption Inn.    Everyone was relaxed and it really set the tone for the entire day.  Over at Luke’s house, he and his Groomsmen and Groomswoman were enjoying their last moments together before they watched Luke marry his true Love.
They chose the Picaroons Roundhouse for their venue, and it suited their laid back personalities perfectly.  After the ceremony the casual atmosphere carried through the rest of the formalities with Family Photos and then Wedding Party photos.  By the time we were finished with Bride and Groom Photos, everyone was back in the Roundhouse enjoying the evening.  Heartfelt speeches by those closest to them were lovingly spoken and the guests listened intently as childhood stories were told.
After Jodie and Luke’s first dance together as husband and wife , Jodie and her dad, ripped up the dance floor with a surperb dance number that got everyone on the floor!
I wish Jodie and Luke all the best as they start their Lives together!
