“I think when I met you, I became myself. We stumbled toward this mad world and made sense of it. Together.”
It would be hard to imagine Bethany and Jonathan without one another… They are so perfectly suited for one another, loving the same things like 4 wheeling and chasing waterfalls!
When I first met Bethany and Jonathan, their connection to each other and to nature was so obvious. They requested to have their Engagement Photos done at a Waterfall, because they had managed to visit most of the waterfalls in the province, and wanted to check another one off the list! Definitely my kind of folks! You can see there Engagement Photos here.
Bethany’s wedding day started with Mimosas and hair of course!. Bethany, along with her Maid of Honor and Mom, Aunt and Gr. Mom, gathered to have a little pampering. From there they met at the house where she grew up. A house that holds so many special memories for her. Bethany’s mom helped her with her finishing touches, so they could get to the wedding site on time!
They chose to have the ceremony overlooking the Hartland Covered Bridge, which just happens to be the longest covered bridge in the world! It’s also where they grew up, and it’s a place that’s so familiar to them.
Bethany and Jonathan, surrounded by loved ones, and with the sound of the mighty St. John River in the background, pledged their love for one another and I couldn’t imagine a better day for it.
Here is a little peak into their day.
